REGULAR MEETINGS
Meetings of the Kisatchie-Delta Board of Directors generally occur quarterly, with the latter also being the Annual Membership Meeting.
*In consideration of advisories, in-person meetings are limited and the Governor’s Emergency orders observed for public access by virtual/online method(s).
These are adjusted, when necessary, to avoid conflicts for our participating Board of Directors/membership and key professional staff with major conferences/training events, so as to respect the development process and assure ongoing collaboration in an intergovernmental manner.
Please note, project-specific meetings, like the Louisiana Watershed Initiative – Provisional Watershed District/Area 2 or the Louisiana Broadband Initiative meetings will be posted on the specific project Trello board.
EVENTS AND WORKSHOPS
Kisatchie-Delta Regional Planning & Development District schedules workshops from time to time to assist member communities and their constituents with specific and general needs related to small business development, strategic planning, project development, and other subject matter expertise. As available, KD also works with various state and federal agencies to convene other topical workshops and seminars to present a forum for ongoing collaboration amongst the region’s leaders and interested providers.
