Invitation to register interest as vendor
or submit professional services estimates
Kisatchie Delta Regional Planning & Development District welcomes vendors to submit information and estimates related to professional services for evaluation on an ongoing basis.
For the 2019-2020 fiscal year and subsequent periods, we anticipate purchasing of certain professional services to be limited and/or under micro and/or small purchase thresholds for non-construction agreements, with purchases generally determined on a cost-reasonable, task-free plus certain expense reimbursement. Each would be negotiated independently and may result in agreements for PRN activity on a 1-3 year basis, renewable by year at the option of the District, with such services determined by authorization for purchasing.
Such professional services that may be considered for purchase may include evaluation, recommendations, and collaborative consultation for policies, practices, regulations, procedures, and certain monitoring and compliance functions; capacity building for customizable and open-source output on IT solutions for project, process, and/or client management; and/or distilled professional expertise relative to planning, development, resilience, and capacity building.
All questions should be directed to Drew Jackson. All respondents must be registered at SAM.gov and must be credible and qualified 'vendors.'
